Your agreement, filled in with their details and signed with their typed name.
Pay the retainer
By card online, or by Venmo or Cash App if you'd rather take it by hand.
Show up
A reminder goes out two days before, and the session is already in your phone's calendar.

One login instead of a CRM plus a gallery
Most photographers pay for a CRM to book and sign clients and a separate platform to deliver their photos. In HeyShutter the booking, the agreement, the retainer and the gallery are one client record from start to finish.
Set what you offer, your weekly hours and your days off. Clients only see times that work.
A chosen slot is held for 30 minutes, then released if they don't finish.
The signed copy is frozen and sealed with a SHA-256 fingerprint, so it can't be changed later.
Take the retainer by card online, or record Venmo, Cash App or cash when it arrives.
Each booking creates the client's account and a draft gallery, ready for upload day.

Can clients book from my own website?
Yes. Paste the booking snippet into any page of your site, or link to the booking page on your client portal.
Do clients have to sign before they pay?
If a session type has an agreement, clients read it and sign with their typed name before they pay. The signed copy is kept with the booking.
Can I take a retainer instead of the full price?
Yes. Set a retainer per session type. The rest stays on the client's order to pay before the session.
